General Summary
With the guidance of one or more staff or faculty members, perform a mixture of services in support of communication, technology, business operations, or student affairs activities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
In consultation with one or more staff or faculty members, assist in preparing communication materials, including periodic newsletters and social media, for Graduate Studies.
Assist in planning the week of excellence events: Faculty Showcase and Graduate Research and Creative Activity Conference.
Other departmental-related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work 20 hours per week is required.
A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
Enrollment in at least six credits for Fall and Winter semesters is required.
Eligibility for federal work-study is required.
Organization and personal communication skills are required.
Work is performed in a variety of environments depending on the assigned area.
Flexible hours may be required.
