General Summary

Provide direction and leadership for the University's Enrollment Management Technology Department in the areas of planning, budgeting, supervision of staff, and the administration of programs and services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of technology management and control for the internal operations of the department.
• Function as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for all units that report to the Enrollment Management organization and play a key role in the collaboration of staff, functions and resources across Enrollment Management departments.
• Responsible for the decision-making capacities related to the technology vision and technology management of the organization.
• Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the technology infrastructure of the organization.
• Work closely with the enrollment management team and often with top management to deliver the expected strategic benefits to the business side of the organization's technology framework.
• Perform related departmental duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field is required.

Three years of experience in computer programming using SQL, PL/SQL, SAS, PHP, or other languages is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree is preferred.

Five years of experience managing and/or directing a technology related operation.
