General Summary
This position will contribute to the work of the Center for Oral History (70%) and University Archives (30%) by collecting, preserving and providing access to digital collection materials; along with creating instructional materials and supporting the research and instruction of oral histories and archival research.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Center for Oral History Research and the University Archives is seeking an individual to contribute to the activities of each area. This would include:
Collecting, preserving and providing access to digital collection materials;
Creating instructional materials and supporting the research and instruction of oral histories and archival research.
Assisting with and conducting research prior to the collection, processing and providing access to Oral Histories; processing and creating access to Digital Collection in OmekaS and JStor collections platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
Individual must have a working knowledge of OmekaS, OtterAI, Oral History methodologies, and metadata standards.
