General Summary

Provide support to the Department of Computer Science.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tutoring in the Computer Science Tutoring Lab, working with students on learning strategies, and other activities supporting student learning in the Department of Computer Science.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Application to (or enrollment in) the M.S. in Computer Science program is required.

Enrollment in at least 6 graduate credits during the fall and winter semesters in the Department of Computer Science.

Ability to work 10 hours per week (50% graduate assistantship) or 20 hours per week (100% graduate assistantship) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tutoring experience is helpful.
